Joe Severson of Cool Hands A/C has on two occasions made a weekend trip to my son's house because of their air conditioner going out. As you know A/Cs never go out at the right time. The first time was right after their baby was born so this was not a good time to happen. He was able to temporarily fix the problem so their family would not have to go somewhere else until her could get a part on Monday.
The second time was this last Easter weekend. He had 18 people coming for Easter dinner on Sunday. They were definitely stressing out. Although the A/C had to be completely replaced, he was able to come out on a holiday weekend and replace the air conditioner for him so he could have Easter dinner as planned.
